Breathe Simply guides you instantly to intentional breathing. A single screen displays a circle that times your cycle through breathing in, pausing and breathing out.

When Breathe Simply first opens, use the pre-set values — or set your preferred time in seconds for inhalation, holding and exhalation — then set how many times you wish the cycle to repeat. Version 1.6 adds an optional second Hold after exhalation (leave seconds at zero to skip this).

Use the volume buttons on your device to set the sound level.

Once set, click the Start button and the settings buttons disappear. Simply follow the marker around the circle, or set aside your device and listen to the voice prompts guiding your breathing. 

Breathe Simply remembers your settings. The next visit, just click the Start button.
